Why is the right music so essential to good spiritual health and growth? 

Well, it's quite simple, poison in, poison out.  Many people are seduced to veer from the path God has called us to walk down, simply by what we allow ourselves to be indoctrinated by. If you don't know where it's coming from or what spirit is behind it, or you don't care, then you are just giving the enemy of God, and all of mankind (Satan, Lucifer) an opportunity to slowly, and methodically, wear down your defenses so that he may cause you to stumble, and fall into sin. 

Why? Because Satan knows that the wages of sin is death, and he, who is condemned, wants to drag you to Hell with him. And he uses media to accomplish it. Why do you think he's referred to as “The Prince of the Power of the Air?” There is an invisible war being waged for the souls of men and women, and this is why most music and media today are filled with subtle, and sometimes blatant, messages that glorify sin and rebellion. Sometimes, even blatant heathenism, blasphemy, and clear anti-Christ messages are being promoted because of the spiritual forces behind them.

I can confidently say that the music I create is not influenced by demonic forces, but rather by the God-given talent He has blessed me with, and guided by the works and purposes of the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
